About the artwork
Cornflowers stand on thin stems across a white sheet, their heads drawn in blue, violet and magenta scribbles. Yellow and turquoise marks run through the grass at the bottom, a pale grey shape sits at the lower left, and the top of the sheet is left empty.
Drawn in felt pen and ink, the flowers laid in with quick overlapping lines and the paper left bare. Eva Hartman sees herself as a visual storyteller, where every picture is a story, and works in digital drawing, watercolour, acrylic pens, felt pens and ink pens. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
