Uhlenhoch - East Germany

A vast blue sky with white clouds fills most of the image, and to the right a bird of prey hovers. Below, green and pale yellow fields stretch in long bands towards a row of trees along a road, and on the other side lies a village with red roofs in front of low hills.

Juergen Duerrmann has painted the landscape in oil with soft clouds and even stripes of field. A peaceful image for the living room or summer house.
