Mikro Cafe

In Corfu Town, a narrow street leads up to a staircase; above it hangs a round café sign reading Mikro and a bright lamp. Along the wall to the left stand tables and chairs where two people are sitting, and in the foreground to the right a third figure bends over a table. The photograph is divided into gold and turquoise fields, so part of the scene appears as a negative and part in warm daylight.

Pelecan Schneider shot the photo on an iPhone and reworked it afterwards, while leaving the original faces visible. A holiday motif for the kitchen or dining room.
